Try It Thursday: Holiday Drinks

Thanks for joining me today for Try It Thursday! Make sure to grab my graphic above and link-up below to share your favorite recipe of the week. This month, I'm sharing recipes that might come in handy for your holiday parties. Today, it's all about drinks!

Every December before the last week of school, we host a Christmas cookie party. The moms exchange Christmas cookies and the kids decorate sugar cookies. Last year, I served THIS easy and delicious Crockpot hot chocolate. I added a little cinnamon to the recipe and set out some whipped cream, marshmallows, and mini candy canes to make a simple but crowd-pleasing hot chocolate bar!

When I used to drink alcohol, we made drinks called Poinsettias. THIS recipe is pretty similar. For a kid friendly event, I make this punch with cranberry juice, ginger ale, and cranberries.

And THIS is a recipe that I'm going to try out this year. I'll substitute the cranberry pomegranate juice with just regular cranberry juice.

Thanks for joining me today- make sure to link-up below to share your favorite recipes of the week. See you back here tomorrow for Friday Favorites- I'll be sharing my top picks for gifts for the gals. See you soon!
