Tuesday Training: Week 3

Happy Tuesday! Thanks for joining me today for Tuesday Training. Last week, I explained that I workout for 4 days and then take a day off before starting another cycle of 4 days. You can check out that post HERE

At least once a week, I like to do a 10 minute P90x video. Tony Horton has his own workouts that are usually over 30 minutes long. They are super intense, and I'm sure you'll get great results almost immediately. But, that requires paying for his program, and I don't like working out that long, either! So, instead, try one of Tony's collaborations with Popsugar instead: Popsugar Fitness P90x video


At the end of the 4 day workout cycle, I also try to add in some yoga to help stretch out. I like Mandy Ingber's videos on Popsugar. She trains Jennifer Aniston. Here's one of her workouts that my kids and I like to do together: Popsugar Fitness 10 minute yoga for happiness video
