Tuesday Training: Week 4

Hi there! Thanks for joining me for this week's training session! 

This week, I want you to try out a tabata workout. If you haven't done tabata before, it's basically 4 minute workouts. This workout will take you through two four minute sessions and will get you sweating: Popsugar Tabata 10 minute toning video

I don't know about you, but I feel so much better when I keep my core tight. I really like this quick video from Anna Renderer because it is all done without sit-ups or planks: Popsugar 5 minute flat belly ab video
