Tuesday Training: Week 6


Hi! If you're wanting to hit up your abs and arms today, then these workouts are right up your alley! Teddy Bass trains Cameron Diaz, and I'm definitely willing to listen to him since she looks like this:


You'll need a pair of dumbbells for Teddy's 10 minute workout. You may want to have an extra pair of weights that are a pound or two lighter to switch out if needed: Cameron Diaz Arm and Core Workout


If you're ready to hit up your core a little bit more, then try out this 7 minute ab workout from Cassey Ho of Blogilates. Don't be deceived by the time! She's going to make you WORK!: 7 Minutes to Crop Top Abs

    1. Well I tried Teddy's ab workout yesterday and stopped the video 3 minutes in. I very rarely give up, but it was so hard! I've gotta keep working on it before I try that one again!
