Tuesday Training: Week 7

I'm tired- how about you? For mornings when you're just not feeling it but still feel committed to the cause, try this 10 minute workout that only requires a pair of weights. You can even stay in your pajamas and go shoe-less! :) Don't feel bad about it- sometimes you just need a break, and if you've been sticking to your workout schedule, taking a day off like this won't hurt: The Lazy Girl Workout
