Tuesday Training: Week 9


Happy Tuesday! I'm just dropping in to share a super quick ab challenge from Popsugar Fitness. I started last week and can already feel my core getting stronger. It says to take a rest day, but I've gone ahead and done the exercises on that day. Couldn't hurt with swimsuit season around the corner, right? Check it out HERE.

  2. Ooooh I like this! I'm going to do it! My abs have been seriously lacking after having two babies and this is the year that I want to tone them back up!

    1. My oldest baby is 7, and I still need to work on my abs! I thought it was going to be so easy, but I'm on day 8 and sweating it out!

  3. This looks like a good ab workout. I've been doing planks after my elliptical. I'm up to 2 minutes...woohoo🙄

    1. Wow! Go Lisa! I've done plank challenges, too. Maybe I'll try one when this 14 day challenge is through. Swimming pool in the backyard requires it!
