Happy Tuesday! I'm just dropping in to share a super quick ab challenge from Popsugar Fitness. I started last week and can already feel my core getting stronger. It says to take a rest day, but I've gone ahead and done the exercises on that day. Couldn't hurt with swimsuit season around the corner, right? Check it out HERE.
