Ladies Who Link: Go-To Crock-pot Recipe

Hi! Thanks so much for linking up with me and Trina and Sara of Moms' Coffee Date! Today, we're sharing our favorite Crock-pot recipes.

So, here in Texas, Taco Tuesday happens on other days that end in "day!" I love grilling chicken fajitas, and of course, ground beef is always an easy standby. But, if you're looking for a simple Crock-pot beef taco recipe that can allows you to convert the leftovers into nachos, then you're going to love this recipe: Flank steak tacos 2 ways!

I originally shared this recipe for one of my Try It Thursday recipes. You can view that post HERE and make sure to link up with me on Thursdays to share your favorite recipe of the week!

I've collected all of my Try It Thursday recipes into one Pinterest board that you can check out HERE, and if you want to see all of my boards, view my Pinterest page HERE! I can't wait to see your recipes! I'm always game to try something new, especially if it is going to save me time in the kitchen!

Thanks for joining us today, and I hope that you'll link up with us next month on the 20th for one of my absolute favorite topics- sharing your best Target finds!

    1. You know, since I am gone all day at work, the food overcooks in my Crock-pot, so I try to make a meal on Sundays that I can have ready for an easy heat up on Monday or Tuesday nights. It's a win-win!

    2. I wonder if this is my problem that I referenced in my post...I said that the meat always comes out dry or soggy and tasteless...

    3. Well, I have also seen a huge difference in the older and newer model Crock-pots. I had one from a decade ago that cooked fine at the levels and times posted for recipes. But then I killed it over Christmas and had to get a new one. My new one cooks way too hot, so I have to cook my meals for about half of the time listed in most recipes. If I have a dried out pot roast, I just add cornstarch and water to the juices and make a gravy to soak the meat in.

    4. You should take that new one back😉. Sounds like a faulty crock pot. I love me some flank steak. This looks yummy and NACHOS...oh yeah!!!
