Tuesday Training: Week 10


Happy Tuesday! How'd you like the first Popsugar P90x collaboration with Tony Horton? I'm trying to do a P90x 10 minute video at least once every 4 days that I work out. I'm on my last day of the Popsugar 14 day ab challenge! It's been tough, but totally worth it! I feel so much stronger in my core which is a definite win for the spring and summer!

  1. You know I deviated from my regular routine for thirty days and my abs went missing. I'm on a mission for them to reappear in the next thirty days. Bring on the challenges, I cannot get enough! xoxoxo

    1. I caved and had ice cream for the first time in a long time last night. I have a feeling my abs may go MIA soon if I don't stop giving into temptations!

    1. I was proud of myself when I looked in the mirror yesterday- I don't have a pack of anything, but I could tell I had a smidge of toned belly!
