Happy Tuesday! Are you enjoying a spring break like me? I can't believe we're already into the 11th week of the year, and I appreciate you sticking with me. I'm in maintenance and toning mode these days, so today I wanted to share an exercise to hit those arms- it's almost tank top season around here!
You're going to need two sets of weights for this workout, and it's a killer! I use a pair of 5 pound and 3 pound weights. The trainer works with Madonna, and love her or hate her, her arms are fierce!
