Tuesday Training: Week 13


Hi there! Welcome to week 13 of our Tuesday Training sessions! I don't watch Dancing With the Stars, but I do know that a lot of celebrities go on that show and get into amazing shape. Dancing is a fun workout that feels easy even though you're working up a sweat. We did a great dance video back in Week 5, but I've got another one for you today from Jenna Dewan Tatum's trainer. If you've got two left feet, no worries! I love Anna in these dance videos- dancing is a little out of her comfort zone (heck, it's way out of mine!), but she gives it her all!     1. I grew up dancing ballet and tap, but you won't find me dancing in public anymore (or singing for that matter!)

    1. Thank you, Holly! We had some pretty funny moments leading up to the wedding- like my phone's ringtone was "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC and of course it went off while we were having our pre-marriage meeting with the pastor!
