Tuesday Training: Week 15

Hello there, fit friends! I don't know about you, but I was doing really well there for a while and after 8+ weeks on steroids, I've got some new weight to lose- not fun! I've found that one of the best ways to get back in the game is by doing the Tony Horton and Popsugar collaboration videos. I showed you their first video in week 3 HERE and their second video in week 10 HERE

Today I want to share the third and final (for now) collaboration. The dolphin hops are a killer! I've got my workout schedule set up to start my 4 day workouts with one of the collaboration videos, but given my current circumstances, I'm thinking I might be doing each one at least once during the 4 day workouts. Here's the last video of the series: Quick, Intense, and Fun P90X3 workout

You can check out all of the Tuesday Training videos HERE

Later this morning I'm linking up with Andrea for today's Show & Tell Tuesday- Prom Edition! Check it out HERE!

I'll see you tomorrow for the Workin' It Wednesday link-up. Have a great Tuesday!

  1. I really need to utilize videos like these more. I used to do all of my workouts with DVDs or online vids but now I just work out while I watch TV. Haha.

    1. I've got to have somebody telling me what to do or else I'd just go through the motions. I do love those countdown workouts though like 100 jumping jacks, 90 push ups, 80 squats, etc.

  2. I wish I could get into fitness videos but I cannot. I just have to be in the gym and my mojo gets pumping! With your schedule (have mercy!) I'm so glad these fit for you!!! xo

    1. But see, it would take me 20 minutes of driving to and from the gym that I can just stay home and workout for free! I'd like to get outside and do much longer walks but those are going to have to wait until summer when practices are all done and the kids don't have to be in bed by 7:30.
