Hello there, fit friends! I don't know about you, but I was doing really well there for a while and after 8+ weeks on steroids, I've got some new weight to lose- not fun! I've found that one of the best ways to get back in the game is by doing the Tony Horton and Popsugar collaboration videos. I showed you their first video in week 3 HERE and their second video in week 10 HERE.
Today I want to share the third and final (for now) collaboration. The dolphin hops are a killer! I've got my workout schedule set up to start my 4 day workouts with one of the collaboration videos, but given my current circumstances, I'm thinking I might be doing each one at least once during the 4 day workouts.
