Tuesday Training: Week 16



Happy Tuesday, fit friends! I'm so excited to introduce you to an awesome trainer today- Jeanette Jenkins! She kicks my butt and makes me laugh while dripping buckets of sweat! Jeanette will push you to do your best without making you feel like a wimp, and Anna is right there with her to keep you going!     1. Go Lisa! It's so good- she has 10 minute videos too that are insane, and then she has a 50 minute one that is very similar to this 30 minute one.
