I've had a lot of themed Friday posts lately, but today it's 100% random! Check out what I'm digging right now:
1) Target Necklace
I'm loving THIS necklace that I bought for just $3 at Target a few weeks ago with my Cartwheel Perks coupon. Speaking of, I'm sad to report that Target has now changed their free shipping rate to $35+ per order, and their Cartwheel Perks are now mostly just $10 off coupons instead of free items up to $20. If you don't already have a Red Card and shop at Target and online a lot, you should definitely consider getting one now that they've raised the shipping rates. You can get a Red Card HERE.
2) Yardley Soap
My favorite hand soap to keep in the bathroom is THIS one from Yardley. I was first introduced to this soap as a kid when we'd go to Carrabba's. It was the only soap they used in their restrooms, and I remember thinking it was so fancy! Now I'm fancy at home :)
3) Ban Wipes
Summer weather is officially upon us in Houston which means an early morning walk will still leave you dripping in sweat. A few years ago, I found THESE wipes in the travel section at Target. They are great for when you've gotten a little grody but don't have time for a full-on shower (or if you don't feel like taking 13 showers a day just from walking outside in the summer heat!) My favorite is the purple "Restore" scent.
4) L'oreal Mascara
In 7th grade, I got into big trouble with my teacher for wearing mascara to school. She probably would never had known except for the fact that I was wearing navy blue mascara from Bobbi Brown. I've been wanting to relive my glory days and had been on the hunt for a blue drugstore brand mascara. I haven't had much luck finding navy blue, but after seeing a magazine ad for L'oreal, I decided to try out the cobalt blue shade. I think it's really fun, and I've gotten some compliments from both students and teachers, so I think I'm going to keep it in my makeup arsenal. Do you have any other blue mascara recommendations? Yesterday was my partner in crime's birthday, and being the terrible wife that I am, I hosted the Ladies Who Link party instead of devoting a post to Robert. So, to makeup for it, I wanted to share some favorite pictures to celebrate my man. Happy birthday, babe! Aren't you so glad that I chased you all those years ago? :)
