Tuesday Training: Week 18


Happy Tuesday! How are you doing on your fitness goals? I've said goodbye to a few pounds, but I also cheated and had some yumminess over the weekend. My allergies made me feel pretty miserable, and so I wanted deliciousness to cure me! I'm back at it though with an amazing trainer, Christine Bullock! 


This is a great workout when you need something quick, efficient, and effective for your entire body! You will need a pair of free weights. Check out the video, and tell me how you feel after: 20 Minute Super Shred Full Body Workout

    1. I ALWAYS need something quick! I don't know how gym rats do it. I want to work hard for 20 minutes and call it a day!

  2. I wish I had seen this before I went to the gym this morning! I wasn't feeling energetic about my normal routine and love shorter HIIT workouts like these. Great share!

  3. Girl, I NEED motivation. I feel like a big ole pile of slump. Ugh. Our basement renovations are almost done, so I will have my workout room done soon, but my eating has been horrific and along with no workouts, it's going well, lol!!

    1. Ugh I feel you- our principal and counselor brought around a cart of goodies today for teacher week, and then I got some happy news and got carried away with snacking. Afternoons are my hardest time to not lose it on eating! Hang in there!
