Tuesday Training: Week 19

Happy Tuesday, fit friends! How are you doing on your fitness goals? I've had a never ending sinus infection and feel like I really have been hit or miss with my workouts lately. To help me get through the day, I've been mixing it up with a lot of 5 and 10 minute videos. 

Besides switching up my video lengths to stay motivated, I also switch up instructors a lot to keep me motivated. Ryan Heffington is definitely different than the typical Popsugar instructors and this dance video is a mix of dance and yoga. You might laugh a little while you're doing this workout, but it definitely makes you work: 30 Minute Dance Workout for Burning Calories

  1. OH my...don't take this wrong, but I'm pretty sure I WOULD laugh during this one. Just the pic of him in those leggings is killing me. #feeltheburn

    1. Umm yea and combat boots!?! But it's still a pretty good workout and definitely out of the norm!
