Happy Tuesday, fit friends! How are you doing on your fitness goals? I've had a never ending sinus infection and feel like I really have been hit or miss with my workouts lately. To help me get through the day, I've been mixing it up with a lot of 5 and 10 minute videos.
Besides switching up my video lengths to stay motivated, I also switch up instructors a lot to keep me motivated. Ryan Heffington is definitely different than the typical Popsugar instructors and this dance video is a mix of dance and yoga.
