Wow! We're already into the 20th week of 2017?! I'm going to be completely honest with you right now: These last 3 weeks of school are insane for me, and I'm not going to be 100% on my workouts. I've made a deal with myself that I'm going to do what I can, when I can these next few weeks and then kick back into full training mode in June when I have fewer commitments.
One workout that is really easy to keep up with is an arm workout. This one seems all laid back and casual, but Holly Perkins is no joke! This is definitely not a beginner arm circuit!
