Tuesday Training: Week 23


Hi, fit friends! Thanks for joining me today for a new fitness challenge! I enjoyed my three weeks off of working out, but the one thing I was really missing during my time off was my arm circuits.


I found THIS 21 day arm challenge on Popsugar Fitness, and I'm adding it to my routine for the next 3 weeks. I don't know about you, but I feel so much more confident when my arms are toned, and when I feel strong, I'm more likely to continue working out than when I'm feeling flabby. 

I'll be doing this challenge at the end of my daily workouts. You can check out all of the trainings that I've shared on THIS Pinterest page!

  1. Bicep curl and reverse fly are two favorites I include in my regular arm workout!

    1. I'm dying on the reverse fly! I need to rebuild my strength, so I'm hoping this challenge will get me back there- my arms are definitely sore after just day 1!

  2. OH! I've done this one quite a bit...on a side note. When I went to the PT for some shoulder cuff issues a couple of months ago I was showing him some of the exercises I do and he told me not to do the upright row. I don't think he meant just me...I think he wasn't a fan of that move for some reason. Hope the first week of summer is off to a great start!!!

    1. Yea- it says it can cause injury. I started reading up on it and it looks like it is more something for body builders and became popular in the Arnold Schwarzenegger era. The one that is killing me right now is the reverse fly! Agh! I've got to get back in shape soon- even just 3 weeks off was killer!
