Hi! Thanks for joining me for week 24 of Tuesday Training! Can you believe the year is almost halfway over?! When I get back into a routine after some time off, I like to start with a dance workout. Dance workouts are fun, and they make you break a sweat while keeping your confidence level high (as long as you aren't working out in front of your entire neighborhood!)
