Tuesday Training: Week 25


Hi! Thanks for joining me for week 25 of Tuesday Training! Robert got me some Bluetooth headphones and an arm band for my cell phone, so I'm heading out for a walk/run with my new gear this morning and can't wait! I've been mixing up my walk/run days with alternating workouts from my Tuesday Training Pinterest board


If you're looking for a challenging workout lead by a trainer who will pull you through the whole thing, look no further! Raneir from Equinox is hardcore but hilarious, and this tabata workout, although tough, is also really fun! It's 30 minutes, but it goes by quickly due to the intervals. If you wear a fitness tracker, I want reports on how many calories you burn by the end of the workout! Try it out for yourself: Calorie-Torching 30 Minute Cardio and Sculpting Tabata Workout

Also, Raneir recommends keeping a towel close by, and this is one workout that you will definitely need to heed that advice!

  1. I think it's so motivating to know how many calories you've burned. I'm pretty sure my Fitbit is inaccurate🙄. Hope you had a good walk/run with your new toys!

    1. It was great! Although, I hate when I pass someone up running and then my interval stops right after that so they think I'm a total jerk who just wanted to run by them to stop and walk! LOL!
