Hi! Thanks for joining me for week 26 of Tuesday Training! I finally found a great intervals app for running last week. If you're a Samsung phone user, try HIIT interval trainer. You can customize the times for each interval, add or take away a countdown, and select the transition sounds. It has been super helpful to get me through a workout!
We've had some crummy weather lately, so I haven't been able to get out and run as much as I've wanted to. Remember when I introduced you to Jeanette Jenkins in week 16? I'm bringing her back for another workout! This is basically a longer version of the week 16 workout, so if you haven't done that one yet, I'd start there first.
