Happy 4th of July! Thanks for stopping by today! The kids are going to bike in our neighborhood parade later this morning while Robert and I walk the 2 mile route. After lunch, it's going to be pool time, and if you're looking for a quick tummy toning exercise, you've come to the right spot!
The first time I did this workout, I thought I was in for an easy workout. I've never taken an official Barre class, but every online workout that I've tried has been tough but makes you feel like a million bucks later. This ab class is very similar to a pilates class, and I definitely recommend that you do it barefoot on a mat like everyone in the video.
