Tuesday Training: Week 30


Happy Tuesday! I'm so excited to share today's training with you! Back in May, I found a new celebrity trainer on Popsugar named Astrid Swan. Her workouts are awesome, and I feel like I see results quickly when I consistently do trainings that she leads. I love this 5 minute arm killer! I'd start this with 5 pound weights and then work your way up to doing it with 8 pound weights. I also sometimes will run through it 2 times when I have time.   1. A five minute arm workout is just what I need. I've given up running because of the heat/humidity. I'm doing a lot of bike riding lately in the evening. I can't wait to get back to normal activities after summer.

    1. I want a bike so badly! We have great trails in our neighborhood and would love to ride with the kids. I ran hills in St. Louis today and just about died! It was sooo hard, but it definitely felt better than the humidity we have in Houston.
