Happy Tuesday! I'm so excited to share today's training with you! Back in May, I found a new celebrity trainer on Popsugar named Astrid Swan. Her workouts are awesome, and I feel like I see results quickly when I consistently do trainings that she leads. I love this 5 minute arm killer! I'd start this with 5 pound weights and then work your way up to doing it with 8 pound weights. I also sometimes will run through it 2 times when I have time.
