Tuesday Training: Week 31


Hi! I'm back to the daily grind of work for just one more day and get another few days off before school starts back full time. I need a quick but effective workout on days that I don't run to do either early in the morning before school or do after work that isn't going to destroy me after a long day. Barre is a great workout that meets my requirements! Grab a chair, kick off your shoes, and try this workout to feel more confident about your legs: The Look Good Naked Barre Workout

    1. For sure do it- my legs are on fire after this one today! Barre really does a great job tapping multiple muscle groups.

  2. I wish I could gear myself to do videos but I cannot. I think it's my ADD and need to be with people. Not even kidding - wish I was! I can go into a class at the gym and have a blast but trying to do a virtual class....oh girl I could be a comedy movie. Or an add for ritalin. XO

  3. I wish I could take a Barre class, I will have to try this video. I cannot squeeze in a workout before school, but you are right about something that doesn't kill me after work either. Hahahaha! That burns me out during the school year. I like to get my workout in pretty close to when I get home because if not, I find an excuse. I hope you have a great day before heading back!

    1. I'm the same way, and after moving boxes all day at school today, I came home and did this one with the barre abs video and felt so accomplished when I was done! Hope you're soaking up your last bits of summer fun!

  4. I am going to check out the previous workouts you've shared too. I need to find great ways to workout at home. I love the idea of YouTube videos that I can do at home at my convenience.

    1. Definitely! I hope that you like them- I'm not someone who just LOVES to workout, but I've found that Popsugar has a bunch of great ones with positive coaching.

    1. I don't always follow the workouts that I do on this particular day- it's usually more that I find one and then share it a few weeks later. After a long day at work, I came home tonight and did this one and the barre abs with some weight videos, and it was great!

    1. HAHA NO! Even doing a short 5 second Instagram Story is too much for me! And, the fitness directors would kick me out of any videos because I sweat so badly and get really red!

    1. You should definitely try some online classes. They work muscle groups you don't even know you have!
