Happy Tuesday, fit friends! Robert and I finished moving a ton of boxes into my new classroom yesterday, so I am not in the mood to lift any weights today! Over the summer, I started doing some of the Popsugar Fitness 21 Day Summer Shape Up Challenge videos. I was a little concerned with starting out on the first day with a 30 minute video, but Anna is the workout lead for this one so I knew I was in good hands, and the workout doesn't require any equipment except for some towels. I opted to skip out on the towel part and just did the modified version of any exercise that required them. This body weight video will get you toned up in no time!
