Tuesday Training: Week 33

Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me for another round of Tuesday Training! Now that I'm back at work, I'm pushing my workouts to the afternoons when I get home. I like to mix up my workouts with a variety of cardio, yoga, weights, and abs. This 5 minute video from Popsugar's 21 Day Summer Shape Up Challenge is a great way to end any workout and incorporates a bit of planking to help shred your abs.
