Tuesday Training: Week 35

Good morning, fit friends! We may be cooped up in the house for days on end, but I haven't let that get in the way of my workouts! It's actually kind of entertaining to get off the couch and workout with all of this rain. I love Dana Mccaw's Tabata workout on Popsugar, so I was excited to try another one from her. This workout has 10 exercises that will keep your body guessing which is perfect when you've gotten into a rut of doing the same workouts over and over again.   1. I'm eating my breakfast and watching coverage of Texas! Praying for light and sunshine for you all! Today's workout appears to be a tough one. I love when they are short but work your body like a 30 or 45 minute workout. If it rains here today, I might try it out instead of running!

    1. I actually miss running (GASP!) I think we have another 24 hours of rain and then may get a reprieve tomorrow. Fingers crossed! I can't even imagine how people are dealing with this devastation!

  2. Hey sweets - if it weren't for Tabata I would not work out as much as I do. Every work out I do now with the exception of one is straight burst work out going on for up to 45 minutes. It really makes me feel so much stronger and accomplished! xo
