Tuesday Training: Week 36


Happy Tuesday, fit friends! I've been wanting to get back to the basics lately for my home workouts, so I knew that I could count on Teddy Bass to help me get there. This weekend, I did his full body workout and paired it with his arm workout from week 6. The full body workout seemed like it was going to be easy, but my heart was racing, and I was sweating within a few minutes! Try it out today: Full Body Workout from Cameron Diaz's Trainer

  1. I will miss the pool for the shear fact that is where I do my arm work in the summer. Pull ups, push ups, and dips are way more fun with the water!

    1. Our pool is SOOOO cold now after so much rain! I've been on an arm kick lately, too!

  2. I stayed up with some of my workouts on my trip and did a good amount of morning walks, but today it's time to tighten up and get back to kickin' it and eating better. I did pretty well with eating until Kent got there and then that seemed to go out the window. UGH! Have a great day!

    1. I'm going to work on getting better about doing more walks each week instead of just on the weekends. School schedules are tough, but I'm determined to get those walks in!

    1. I'm definitely sore today- his workouts seem like they're going to be easy, but he incorporates stability into everything which makes me work so much harder!
