Hi everyone! I'm getting back into the swing of things with school and figuring out my workout schedule. Earlier this summer, I was getting way too tight in my hips and started searching for some stretching videos. This video is a part of their 21 day summer fitness challenge, and I love that Popsugar incorporates stretching into their schedules.
