Tuesday Training: Week 37


Hi everyone! I'm getting back into the swing of things with school and figuring out my workout schedule. Earlier this summer, I was getting way too tight in my hips and started searching for some stretching videos. This video is a part of their 21 day summer fitness challenge, and I love that Popsugar incorporates stretching into their schedules. I think these stretches are great any time, but I especially love it before I go for a run. So, make sure you stop and take some time to stretch today: Full Body Stretching Exercises

  1. I am a firm believer that flexibility is the most important when it comes to training. Lifting weights does little as compared to the ability to move your body freely. (And some of my work out buddies are sick of me saying this over and over LOL!)

  3. I LOVE this and needed this. With running and walking hills, my hips get super tight. Any new way I can stretch them helps. Thank you so much for sharing!Stretches are huge!

  6. Oh my goodness my hips have given me fits since my last baby! Yoga and stretching and the chiro help! I need to stretch more!

  7. I love stretching! I feel like I'm that weird person who could stretch for 30 minutes before I go run!! Stretching just makes me feel good.
